The acquisition, finalized on September 8, 2025, adds a next-generation portable illumination product designed to deliver untethered, high-performance light for surgical and endoscopic procedures.
This strategic move expands Sunoptic’s position as a comprehensive provider of surgical illumination solutions—offering advanced fiber-optic Xenon and LED systems alongside compact, handheld options that maximize mobility and flexibility in the operating room.

The product will also be incorporated into Sunoptic’s OEM offerings, enabling device manufacturers to add high-performance portable illumination to their systems.
